Press and Media

​The United States is hosting the 2025 NATO Parliamentary Assembly (NATO PA) Spring Session May 22-26, 2025, in Dayton, Ohio. The session will bring together over 1,000 attendees, including more than 300 voting delegates from NATO PA member nations, as well as delegates from partner countries and observers.

MEDIA ACCREDITATION
Media Accreditation

Members of the media who wish to attend the NATO PA Spring Session in Dayton, Ohio, will need special accreditation. The accreditation procedure will take place from April 14-28, 2025. No accreditation requests will be accepted after April 28, 2025.

Media representatives applying for accreditation to the NATO PA Spring Session in Dayton, Ohio, should complete the PRESS ACCREDITATION FORM and submit the requested photo and document.

The following information is required for the accreditation form. Partial/incomplete forms will not be processed.

 

  • Personal information

  • Media outlet information

  • Letter from your media outlet's Editor

  • Current photo

Accreditation for the session is limited to press representing countries from NATO PA Member Delegations or countries that have been officially invited to send a delegation. All applications are subject to review. Journalists will be notified when/if their requests are accepted and will then receive more practical information, including the details on how to collect the special accreditation badges.

Obtaining an Identification Badge
  • After completing the accreditation procedure, you will receive additional information on when and where you can collect your badge.

  • The badge provides access to all events for which the media representative is accredited.

  • It is provided upon presentation of an identity document.

  • The badge must be worn in a conspicuous place at all times.

  • In case of loss of the badge, the media representative must immediately notify the press secretary who made the accreditation.

  • Accredited members of the media are also required to carry photo ID or passport, which must be produced upon request by session officials or security personnel.

  • Members of the media are requested to arrive promptly at the venue of the session as security screening may take up to half an hour.

It is strongly recommended to arrive early to clear security checks. Please comply with the instructions of security staff. Passes must be visible at all times. Refer to your confirmation email for further details.

  • Journalists are welcome as observers in meeting rooms but are not permitted to ask questions during sessions.

  • Journalists may conduct interviews and carry out other journalistic activities in the common premises, where a media wall is available for your use.

  • The press working room is located in the Media Headquarters inside the Stratacache Tower Lobby, 40 N. Main St, Dayton, OH 45423 in the NATO PA Village.
